What are your favorite spots to go winter camping in New Mexico?We've taken our troop to Mount Taylor for the Sandia District Klondike Derby. We've gone camping on some private land in the East Mountains just north of Paako Ridge. We've camped up the east side of the Sandia Mountains, back in 2011 when there was a ton of snow. And, we've done Hyde Park in Santa Fe. There is always lots of snow there late in December.
